1. Resort type vacation - Time shares provide you with the resort experience. You get multiple pools, tennis courts, golf courses, restaurants, night time events, and much more. They usually get you deals on local attractions as well.
2. Quiet and Relaxing - Time shares are usually very relaxing and you do not have to worry about a bunch of noise from highway traffic or from other guests. You get a nice sized unit to yourself and there is a lot to be said about the construction and the way they make the time share buildings.
3. No worries - When you are at your time share there are no worries. Your place to stay is already paid for and you can contact the time share ahead of time to make any local plans outside of the resort or on the resort.
4. Very flexible - You can use your time share or trade it in for another in a different location with many of the companies. This allows you to travel to multiple destinations instead of the same place each year.
5. You can even make money - Your time share will not be worth a ton when you pay it off, but if you sign up for 2 or more weeks per year you can rent it out and make money from it. This is probably the best of the time shares benefits because you can actually pay off your time share faster and with the money you rent your second week out for.
